Marine Fuel Hose
RECOMMENDED FOR: Flexible connections between rigid fuel distribution lines and engine. Excellent for vent lines and emission control systems. Suitable for marine diesel and gasohol blends of ethanol, methanol.
Marine-grade fuel hose is much heavier than the same inside-diameter hose as used in automotive applications. This is done as part of its fire or flame testing, a requirement under the regulations. All fuel hose used in engine room spaces on board gasoline-fueled boats.
TEMPERATURE: -40°F to +212°F (-40°C to +100°C) continuous service.
CONSTRUCTION: Tube: Type C (Nitrile). Black. Oil and heat resistant.
Reinforcement: Wire Braided, high tensile synthetic cord.
Cover: Type A (Neoprene). Black. High oil resistance.
